Merrimack Valley Assistance Program (MVAP) is a non-profit, state-licensed case management agency that offers supportive services and housing assistance to persons with HIV/AIDS.

MVAP has offices located in Concord and Manchester with a satellite office in Laconia. MVAP was founded in 1995 as the Merrimack Valley AIDS Project. In 1999, the Merrimack Valley AIDS Project and the Greater Manchester AIDS Project merged together to form one organization, the Merrimack Valley Assistance Program.
