MVAP uses OraQuick In-Home HIV Test which is a rapid antibody test. It detects antibodies for both HIV-1 and HIV-2, allowing individuals to find out their HIV status with a simple oral swab in as little as 20 minutes. In the event that a test is positive, MVAP will refer you to the nearest health center for confirmatory testing and will assist with services.
