At MVAP, HIV services are built around real life — not barriers. We provide wraparound support from early diagnosis through lifelong care, helping individuals stay healthy, housed, and connected to the resources they need to thrive. Today, people living with HIV can live long, healthy lives — and with treatment, cannot pass HIV to sexual partners.

MVAP provides the services, education, and support needed to make that possible — and helps individuals stay HIV-negative through testing, prevention, medical referrals, and harm reduction.

National HIV Testing Day 2025

Price: FREE

Join MVAP on June 27, 2025, for National HIV Testing Day in partnership with Walgreens on Valley Street in Manchester, NH. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, MVAP offers free, confidential HIV and syphilis testing in a welcoming, judgment-free environment—no appointment needed.

With support from KFF’s Greater Than HIV initiative, trained staff provide rapid HIV and syphilis testing with results available in approximately 20 minutes. Whether you’re testing for the first time or it’s part of your routine, this is a simple and important step in taking control of your health.

In addition to testing, MVAP provides information on HIV prevention, including PrEP, safer sex practices, and harm reduction strategies. Staff are available to answer questions and connect individuals to ongoing care and supportive services—whether results are positive or negative.
